Maureen Halligan is an artist and designer in the Santa Cruz Mountains of California. Her work has been exhibited in California, Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Italy. She earned her BFA with honors from the Rhode Island School of Design, attended the European Honors Program in Rome, and earned her MFA from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada.
