Maureen Halligan is an artist, educator, and designer in Marina, California. Her work has been exhibited in California, Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Italy. She earned her BFA with from the Rhode Island School of Design, attended the European Honors Program in Rome, and earned her MFA from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada.
